Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19, carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS) are currently experiencing longer than usual delivery times. We are not responsible for packages delayed in transit or late.

All orders received by Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Because we use a premium natural coconut apricot wax our candles can start to melt if they sit too long in a fulfillment center or hot vehicle. To prevent your candle from arriving anything less than perfect we only ship packages Monday through Wednesday.

We do all we can to prevent any melting by including freezer packs with order during summer months. If your candle arrives less than perfect please contact us as soon as possible at support@msscentscandleco.com.
