Q: What type of wax is used in the candles? A:Our candles are made from proprietary wax blends that include coconut, palm, and small traces of refined paraffin. Additionally, our candles are non-toxic for humans and pets.
Q: Do your wicks contain lead? A: No, our wicks are 100% cotton and contain no traces of lead. We also use natural wooden wicks.
Q: What kind of wax do you use, soy? A: While wax type is a preference, we currently don't make soy candles. We use a natural Coconut apricot wax blend, also known as Ceda Serica. It offers a smooth creamy off-white color, strong hot throw, great glass adhesion, and is 100% FDA approved. Our wax is free of parabens, phthalates, and toxins. It's also vegan and gluten-friendly.
Q: What does phthalate-free mean? A: Phthalate-free means that our candles are formulated without the use of phthalates, which are chemicals commonly used in fragrances. We prioritize creating safe and non-toxic candles for our customers.
Q: Do you accept returns? A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

Q: Why is my candle releasing soot? A: Soot is a natural occurrence for any candle. If your candle is continuously releasing soot, it can be the result of carbon build-up on the wicks, not trimming the wicks of the candle, over-burning the candle, or burning the candle in an area that is receiving a draft from a vent. To minimize sooting, try trimming your wicks to 1/8'', moving your candle to another location, or extinguishing your candle if it has been burning for more than 3-4 hours.
